- Responsible for HR Controlling, Compensation & Benefits - Implementation of a new discretionary Bonus scheme including Workers Council negotiation - Implementation of SuccessFactors compensation module

- Responsible for overhead cost control - Optimisation of planning and cost allocation processes - Implementation of a new monthly cost report

- Sub project lead in a project to reduce overhead costs by 25% respectively 100m€ - Realisation of two cost transparency initiatives - Project management for set up of new subsidiaries in Indonesia and India - Optimisation of different processes (e.g. processes of the sales department for major clients)
