Working in the international purchasing department with the focus on worldwide process optimization. All optimizations take into account the principles of lean management and the Continual Improvement Process (KVP). The objective is the sustainable incorporation ot the lean philosophie in the organization.

For writing my Master's thesis I worked as a student at MAHLE Filtersysteme Austria GmbH in St. Michael ob Bleiburg in Austria. The aim of the thesis with the title "Developing a business process for the execution of intercompany projects" was the development of a efficient process for the entire processing of intercompany projects with respect to the concept of lean management.

The Get Carbonized GbR was founded in 2011 with a business partner. Specialized in processing foil products the company produced stickers for advertisements and wrapped cars. Processing thermal insulation and privacy films rounded off the product portfolio.

For writing my Bachelor's thesis I worked as a student in the department of Application Management. The thesis was created in cooperation with the Mieschke Hofmann und Partner GmbH and the ZF Friedrichshafen AG. Industrie 4.0 has a huge impact on the IT infrastructure and their interfaces. Because of that the aim of the thesis with the title "IT Service Management in the changing environment of industrie 4.0" was to develop a product that increases process transparency for an efficient service management.

As a working student in the department of project management my activities covered amongst other things the creation of a project procedure model (MHP-Pro4S), the development and creation of internal trainings for project managers. Translations were also part of my work.

During an internship in the sales department of pre-owned cars at the Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG in Stuttgart, Zuffenhausen I gained practical experiences in sales activities. Operational activities included price calculations, sales discussion with retailers and end customers and the final delivery. Because of my excellent performance I completed the internship with the inclusion in the internal student support program of the Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. Homepage: http://www.porsche.com/germany
