Main achievements: - I managed to re-assemble a team of 5 full-stack developers by recruiting and mentoring the new members while keeping very motivated the existing ones - I'm currently teaching JavaScript – beginner level – for the B2C department of the company Main responsibilities: - working on web projects in an international company using agile methodology - grooming of business requirements - architecture & technical decisions on projects - focal point for technical / integration questions

Main achievement: - I organized the sessions and combined the theoretical notions with the applied ones is such a way that students learnt the fundamentals of OOP and C# allowing about 30% of them to get hired as junior developers Main responsibilities: - teaching C# - beginner level for groups of 10 people who want to change their domain of activity and start a career in programming - teaching JavaScript - mid-level for groups of 15 people who want to improve their JS skills

Achievement: - using my dedication and attention to details I managed to exceed the managers’ expectations which led to being promoted as team leader after a year Main technologies used: - server side: ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET CORE, Web API2, WCF, C#, SQL Server, Elastic Search, Apache Kafka, NUnit - client side: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 1/2/4/5/6, Redux, Grunt, WebPack, React, Jasmine - other: Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

Main achievement: - manage to stabilize and optimize in production (mainly by optimizing the stored procedures) the application (a medical ERP) which was slow and full of bugs due to migrated data Main responsibilities: - leading a team of 3 system analysts and 4 programmers - designing the architecture with team members and proposing technical solutions - estimating the time to develop various modules, after Scrum meetings with team members - solving performance issues, testing and bug fixing

Main achievement: - I developed a software that automatized the generation of business and data access layers C# classes which reduced with 30% the development time Main responsibilities: - team work in implementing a medical ERP application - proposing technical solutions and architecture for the written specifications - participating in all main phases of a product developing life-cycle, even in developing phase when needed Main technologies used: WinForms, VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, DevExpress

Degree thesis: “Software Application for Storage Devices Data Protection” - WinForms application made in C# and C++ (for data encryption / decryption)
