Main tasks: - Define and coordinate standards for Project Office - Support project managers in daily administrative work - Further development of program and project templates - Ensure project reporting by maintaining existing reporting structure and support project managers in compilation of weekly project reports - Arrange workshops, organize meetings - Preparation of presentations - Support sustainable project documentation and proper archiving of all project related documents

Main tasks: - Support the set-up of the subsidiaries in Italy - Introduction of an internal communication platform to exchange project data - Main contact person of Italian subsidiary with Swiss headquarter - Travel and meetings organization as well as coordination of visitors from the subsidiaries - Topic center for shared services (IT, HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications) - Maintenance of relevant company information in intranet - Assistance with the office organization in Italy
