Responsible for ski week-end 2015 - Find sponsors to get financial supports - Provider canvassing (place, security service, emergency service, transport service...) - Tender specification and predictive budget building - Travel management, hazard management, logistic management and preparation management for 150 students. -Budget : 37 000 € - Management of a team of 20 people

Admissible EM Strasbourg manage the student's welcome who sit their oral examination in order to join EM Strasbourg. During 2 months, 4500 students went. Admissible team must manage their arrival, their stay, and their departure. -Manage the accomodation of each students. Control the luggage and people transport safely - School ambassador. Commercial mission to promote EM Strasbourg toward the students. - Partnership research. Find sponsors to get discounts for the applicants.
