DTO Unit that provides worldwide solutions for governmental customers and supports as a business partner: Military Air Systems and Connected Intelligence. Reporting to the VP Customer Services Solutions, my mission is: • Act as Business Unit Manager. • Control the Unit’s budget and support the financial planning. • Responsible for the Unit’s projects and services portfolios. • Implement IM governance recommendations and cascade the objectives to all transnational teams.

As Performance Manager of the Engineering Division, I report directly to the HO Business Operations and my responsibilities cover all departments. The role includes participation in reviews within the Engineering Leadership Round. I manage the Engineering Control Room, drive improvement projects, build recommendations to enable decision making and deliver quarterly updates for the Board of Management. I have also implemented a KPI-focus working modality, Business Intelligence and Digital Solutions.

HP has a full range of managed services solutions like DAAS, security and lifecycle. Within this last framework, I handled the creation and launch of a new EMEA services portfolio for the reverse logistics, based on the U.S. model and adapted specifically to comply with EMEA’s requirements, business needs and regulations. I was therefore in charge of the market analysis, cost and pricing implementation, so as the final setup of the PL through alignments with Worldwide, Take Back Operations and Sales teams.

Responsible for the Third Party Product Line (3PO) at EMEA level, for which I: • Achieved a 50% Year-Over-Year revenue growth (impact in M€). • Expanded the product portfolio by more than twice its initial offer. To accomplish the above mentioned results: I negotiated with suppliers; managed stakeholders, discount approvals and deal requests; regulated New Product Introduction and End of Life execution activities; supervised the funnel monitoring and coordinated the strategy development.

I managed a project for Logistic Services in Category, with main focus on profitability. Its output was the identification of all non-charged activities and the implementation of corrective measures in the existing system. This process required high collaboration with Finance and Take Back Operations teams.

My tasks in the Site and Civil Engineering Department had a focus on: • Business Improvement: preparation of business cases with specifications, process documentation and change proposals. • Project Management: optimization of a production plant, capacity planning for operational and project activities and supplier management. • Accounting: tracking of the general expenses for CERN departments, costing, budgeting and accounting for services and projects throughout the organization.

I was a member of the Spanish team for the Project LVS3 (Large Valorisation on Sustainability of Steel Structures), conducted by the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission. My tasks supported the first two steps of the project, focused on the background document and design guide of the Software AMECO3, so as cooperation in the final report based on the standard EN15804, which was officially published at the European Union:

Attended as an Erasmus exchange student for one semester, where I completed the elective postgraduate courses (with Honors), so as my Master Thesis.
