The project involved a close collaboration between HR, DBA and stores. PeopleSoft 8.9 Upgrade - major customization changes especially on the Time & Labor side. Learning Plan & Improvement Plan – Create a customized process for our Learning Plan & Improvement plan.

The IVR system allowed our employees to access their Benefit and personal information through the phone. The call flow had to be charted, the application had to be able to access PeopleSoft database. On the PeopleSoft side had to create security records and a procedure that created eligibility for our employees and pages to see everything the employees are eligible for.

    Created a customized and automated severance process in order to simplify the store closing procedures. One SQR would create a merger file that would be used with a merged letter, once the letters were received and the necessary information updated in PeopleSoft, another process would then automatically insert severance and term records into job and update pay sheets with the necessary payouts.
