Als Bid Manager im Bereich IT Sicherheit bei DXC unterstütze ich unsere Bid-Teams dabei, die am besten geeigneten Lösungen und -dienstleistungen aus unseren Consulting- und Managed Services sowie den erstklassigen Technologien unseres Partner-Ökosystems zusammenzustellen. Meine Aufgaben gehen dabei aber weit über das klassische Bid- und Proposal_Management hinaus, da ich meine Erfahrung aus vielen verschiedenen Rollen einbringen kann. Damit können die Bid-Teams schlank und effizient gehalten werden.

Bid and proposal management covering the full range of the security services portfolio from Hewlett Packard Enterprise like penetration testing or managed SIEM to name a few.

As Bid Manager in the European ESS Bid Office I'm accountable to qualify and lead IT security related pursuits in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

As Proposal Manager I support various bid teams in preparing RFx responses for a major part of the HP portfolio and to a wide range of customers. Activities include the analysis of the RFx, phrasing of a sales vision and a winning strategy, preparation of the response material and coordination of all bid activities. Furthermore, I facilitate and provide support with regard to specific activities like risk management, legal assessments or financial calculations.

The Engagement Program Management Office ensures the adherence of bids and projects to internal and contractual guidelines, checks and reports on the health of the project portfolio, performs project audits and supports ongoing engagements. The PM Profession Lead fosters team spirit among the Project Manager community by organizing training academies, ensuring that best practices methods and tools are applied and coaching and training of the community on various topics like Risk Management or PMBOK/PMP.

Various positions within the consulting & integration area. Started as a SW engineer on VMS and Unix, before I had a technical project manager role for some years. Finally I worked as lead project manager and quality manager in various infrastructure projects.
