I ensure the seamless onboarding process for private and SME customers seeking to lease vehicles. My responsibilities include overseeing the full KYC (Know Your Customer) process as well as credit checks for customers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company-specific policies. I assist in identifying and addressing IT-related issues that impact team efficiency and customer/dealer experiences. Testing IT fixes and new features, ensuring optimal functionality across onboarding processes.

As Team Lead for the international customer service team at AbeBooks, I managed a diverse team delivering support in English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian. My role encompassed three core areas: team management, training, and process migration.

In my role as KDP Team Advisor and subject matter expert, I demonstrated strong multitasking abilities by managing various responsibilities centred around optimising publisher interactions and supporting the team.

KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) is Amazon’s self-service platform for publishing eBooks and paperbacks. As a KDP Support Analyst, I provided expert support to publishers in both German and English, ensuring swift resolution of their issues and concerns.
