Leading a team of 100 empoyees, directly responsible for Safety, Quality and Deliery at optimum cost. Spearhead TEOA (business process based on Lean). Promote and implement innovation and continuous improvment through out the value streams . Direct involement in employee and union issues. Conduct everyday meetings with Supplychain, quality and Warehouse. Prepare reports and present to global team on improvments and performance of the plant.

Directly responsible for cable harness production, GE medical cable assembly. Implement changes in responsible value streams baswd on Lean. Study bottle neck in operations to achieve 95% on time delivery and achieving cost targets.

Die trials of new mould or modified tool as per the spec and drawing. Conduct Scientific Injection moulding to develop optimum process parameter for high volume production.Review PFMEA,PFC according to customer feedback and incorporate yearly improvements. Document all moulding parameters, work instructions and critical process of new parts.Troubles shoot any moulding issues with parts running with suppliers. Lead and participate in 2 Kaizen events per month on Safety, Quality and Cost.

Manage over moulding cable assembly for currency machine and assembly of moulded connectors. Develop process parameter on the basis of trials. Trouble shoots quality issues and ensure parts as per specification. Schedule weekly production of smart terminal board assembly. Move manpower around assembly lines to complete daily targets. Coordinate transfer projects of medical cable assembly. Manage GE medical cable assembly.

•Setting of moulds in machines and prepare for production. Take trials of new tools and prepare parameter sheets, Complete trial report. Procure raw material, Feed back on trials and of design of new tools. Prepare for quality audits. Prepare work flow for new products.

Deputation as Planner for Ford Project. Plan production as per Demand in Saarlouis, Germany and Valencia, Italy Ford Auto plants. Communicate with Shift leader and plant manager, Create request with suppliers for Crates and packaging. Issue requirement for resins, Masterbatches and subassemblies. Take part in Process improvement and Quality audit preparations for TS16949.
