At Visonum we develop software for measuring the quality of internet communication lines. This includes measuring the network throughput, packet loss, jitter, latency, and many other quality parameters. Our systems help internet providers build faster and more reliable infrastructure. Currently, our systems are being used by more than a million people.

Responsible for developing an E-Commerce platform. Managed a team of 3 developers, product roadmap, feature prioritisation.

Managed a team of 4 people that successfully completed the development of 3 projects: 1. Prediction of country stability for investment purposes - Used Python, Keras and Recursive Neural Networks 2. Extraction of financial data from PDF documents - Used Haskell, Golang, PostgreSQL, AngularJS. 3. Semi automatic detection of financial document forgery - Used Tesseract for OCR, Python, OpenCV, Spark and Google Cloud Platform.

Foodonet is a social non-profit initiative. Created a team of 14 volunteers, that implemented a platform for food donations, that includes iOS and Android apps, and Ruby on Rails server. Won 3rd place at Google competition for social startups.

Successfully finished 3 projects: 1. My own development of driving theory learning app, average user rating: 4.9. 2. Authentication server - implements single sign on, built on Node.js with Typescript, supporting SAML, JWT/JWE. 3. Biometric Security SDK for iOS - tracks user touches on a microsecond level to detect intruders. Used by banks. Developed in Swift.

Developed a prototype for a video debating platform that allows two people from remote locations to have a dialog that is visible to many thousands of passive viewers. Prototype was successfully developed on iOS, and a browser using WebRTC protocol. Since 03/2016 a full time activity.

Developed an alpha version of a new product in record time. Runtime application security protection for Java servers (see announcement). Created and managed a team of 6 people, used Agile Scrum process, developed in Java using Aspect oriented programming.

Successfully completed 12 projects, of them 8 prototypes of new products. Example projects: 1. Source Code Security Scanner - finds security vulnerabilities in iOS apps. Supports Swift and Objective-C. Found to detect more vulnerabilities and produce less false positives than a competing IBM solution. For Checkmarx Ltd. 2. Gym Workout Timer - iOS app for sports. My own app. 3. Tourist guide with attractions database and maps that works offline. 4. Contact management for groups. For Ringya Ltd.

SvoiBiz is an Association of Russian Speaking Entrepreneurs and Inventors in Israel, targeted to assist young entrepreneurs in starting new businesses, and create business relationships among people. More than 1000 members, hosted 20 conferences, operates until today. Secondary activity.

Successfully completed two projects. Employed 2 freelancers. 1. Radar signal processing, for Rada Ltd. 2. Rubidium clock controller, for Accubeat Ltd.

Developed a lossless transmission L2 protocol, developed network performance simulators in C++ and OPNET. Authored 8 patents (USPTO).

Instrumentation and Telemetry engineer, at Flight Test Center Commanded 12 technicians. Rank of Lieutenant.

• Responsibility for the algorithmic level of automatic functional block synthesis. • Design of 7 functional blocks of Pentium M processor (code name Banias), at a circuit level. • Received an award for invention of automatic buffer insertion method, which saved many hours of manual work.
