•Managing all financial and administration related activities: accounting&reporting, controlling, treasury, tax, IT, Procurement, Legal and General Administration •Developing long range planning, introducing new programs/strategies •Provides leadership in the development for short and long-term strategic financial objectives, ensuring effective internal controls and compliance

· Oversee all aspects of the finance (controlling, accounting, reporting, financing, treasury, tax and financial risk management), IT functions of the organization and the functions Logistics, Legal and General Administration. · Develop and implement strategic business plan; formulate medium and long-term implications, objectives and strategies for the all functions. · Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities and new programs/strategies/initiatives

- oversee the accounting, finance, controlling, IT, legal, administration and HR departments - ensure that all legal, corporate and audit requirements are fulfilled - coordinate and control the main projects within HR department in collaboration with CEO and Corporate HR - ensure the accuracy of financial statements and create the strong premises for a clean audit report - use the power of attorney provided by the CEO to ensure the dully approval of legal documents

Responsibilities: - Issue procedures related to the Financial department - Checking of accounting bookings and provisions in the process of month closing - Issue and check monthly reports - Cheking of investment projects and components - Financial Analysis - Cash-Flow - Issue annual budget, forecast and mid term planning (5 years), financial analysis and cost analysis, analysis of special Investments - Prepare and presentation of monthly P&L‘s in Top-Management Meetings

- Checking of accounting bookings and provisions in the process of month closing - Reposting on profit centers/ cost - Maintenance statistics keys - Running monthly cycles; manually postings - Data transfer from SAP into Hyperion; checking the database - Issue and check monthly reports - Reporting, planning investments - Issue annual budget, forecast - Booking / maintenance and verification of investment projects and components - Prepare/presentation of monthly P&L‘s in Top Management Meeting
