End of Study Project “Fatigue Assessment of ASPF3 platform” * Modeled the global structure of the ASPF3 platform using SESAME GeniE. * Chosen an adequate wave theory and computed the wave loads applied on the structure. * Performed a static analysis on the ASPF3 platform. * Computed the local stress. * Computed the accumulated damage of each structural member. * Computed the lifetime of each structural member. * Determined the lifetime of the structure.

* Participated, during the plant shutdown, in several maintenance operations of different equipment such as the vacuum system, fractionating and distillation columns and heat exchangers. * Performed different equipment inspections such as hydraulic tests and thickness measurement.

* Realized an FMEA analysis of the petrol coke grinding system. * Determined the various possible causes of the excessive vibration of the grinding system.
