Represented the German government through the Press and Information Office in hosting foreign visitors on a regular basis. Handled the visiting programme. Arranged the organization of the cultural programme. Instrumental in the provision of translation services during official meetings.

Conducted advanced training courses for German specialists (area orientation, specialized training) in preparation for assignments abroad within the framework of German development assistance (preparation) on a regular basis.

Assisted in sector and product-oriented research and feasibility studies. Formulated training concepts for cross cultural management between Europe and Asia. Advised companies on trade missions, fair-participation as well as investment and export promotion.
