Serving as a member of the cross-functional integration team at Sanofi, my responsibilities encompass safeguarding the overall coherence of the solution throughout various functional streams. Additionally, I navigate cross-stream integration challenges within the scope of a global S/4 implementation project.

In my tenure at Tenthpin, I operated as the senior consultant for SAP S/4 HANA FICO, contributing to the design and execution of the S/4 HANA Global Template for Santen, a multinational pharmaceutical enterprise. I undertook responsibility for a broad spectrum of critical areas including Finance Org Structure, VAT and Sales Tax across 17 countries, VIM and Coupa integration, cross-functional integration, as well as intercompany operations.

During my eight years at PepsiCo, I held various roles and contributed to multiple SAP projects in Europe as part of the Enterprise Solutions Europe DevSecOps team. As an SAP Solution Expert and Stream Lead, I managed solution integration, product costing, profitability reporting, and more. I was instrumental in two major projects: the Super Troyka SAP Project for PepsiCo's Dairy business integration and the PO1 Commercial SAP Project for implementing Sales functions.

As an SAP Project Manager at Novartis Consumer Health (2006-2007), I successfully implemented a validated SAP system for NCH and Gerber Russia in a demanding timeframe. I also managed QA, supervised validation and audits, and facilitated data migration. Between 2009-2016, at Novartis Consumer Health, Ciba Vision, and Novartis Pharma, I led SAP migration to the global 2b1 platform, performed Fit/Gap analysis, and offered sustained support until a merger with GSK.

During my early decade in SAP consulting, I took on diverse roles, participating in multiple global SAP projects. I contributed to global SAP rollouts at Atlas Copco, Knorr-Bremse, Mid Ocean Brands, and Philip Morris. At LUKOIL, I led the SAP FICO team and implemented SAP Oil&Gas, OGSD, and Retail solutions. As an SAP Project Manager at Groupe SEB, I directed a global SAP rollout in Ukraine. At Sberbank, I contributed to the SAP system implementation as System Architect and Data Migration Lead.
