Design and support of architecture and API (both HLD and LLD). Consulting developers, writing and reviewing code; technical advice for R&D department on data analysis (R Studio) Managing project team and support of technical process of software delivery. Supporting failure-free operation for infrastructure of the project; procurement activities; staff selection and evaluation, collecting and distributing best practices, mentoring, work with trainees.

Day-to-day management: planning of activities and resources, status tracking and prioritization of activities, owning project budget and P&L responsibility for the project, leading and organizing work teams of various sizes (up to 20 employees); Preparing and participating in regular formal presentations to customers and management; organizing support and regular training for users; Preparing various tender documentation, evaluating projects costs (COCOMO II) and the writing of a feasibility study;

Key responsibilities: • Communications with customers, stakeholders, partners and project teams. • Design and support of architecture and API (both HLD and LLD). • Managing project team and support of technical process of software delivery. • Conflict resolution between systems. • Consulting developers, PMs and code review.
