Directly support business development projects through technology assessment and feasibility determination. Further, responsible for all operational aspects of the Research and Development Department to include project tracking, IP management, personnel administration, and the laboratory.

Also, maintained technical currency of current product offering through sustaining engineering programs. Chaired the change control board. Managed systems, mechanical, and software engineering teams, which included technicians and support staff.
