• Led a project to define standardized price uploading processes in the Medical Devices and Diagnostics division to support the implementation of a Pricing Operation Center; • Recommended the implementation of a new system and nomenclature rule for discount codes across Latin American to optimize Sales Operations productivity.

• Managed an IT outsourcing contract (£300M, planned and controlled the budget and managed Service Level Agreements (SLAs); • Negotiated an IT outsourcing contract with a supplier (reducing it by £34M during the 5 year contract) and implemented service level agreements by analysing the services provided.

Supported strategy projects, across several industrial and functional practices including a financial institution, a chemical products company and an air conditioning manufacturer. • Undertook analysis of the credit card industry for a public financial institution; • Analysed and surveyed the market for the strategic orientation of a chemical company in Brazil; • Undertook analysis for the introduction of a new company into the South American market.
