I'm responsible for identifying employment and internship opportunities for Full and part-time students at Melbourne Business School. The areas I focus on are; Professional Services (Consulting etc), IT, Resources and Telcos. I also advise students interested in working in any of these areas and provide coaching in; Case Interviews, Behavioural interviewing, presentation skills, networking.

- Managed and executed the selection and recruitment of 21 Regional Executives in the Victorian arm of NAB's Retail bank. - Managed the recruitment process for all senior roles in NABCapital, this included strategic design and agency selection. - Communicated the redesigned Performance and Reward program to all areas in NABCapital.

- Placements made at 5 different clients JP Morgan Chase, UBS Warburg, BNP Paribas, Schroders Investment Management and Electricity Pensions Service. - Having worked in Banking for 3 years prior to joining TMP, I provided training for the other consultants on all aspects of Banking and Asset Management, including: Structure of an Investment Bank, Derivative Products, Asset Allocation and the role of: a Fund Manager within an Asset Management company, Agency and Structured Loans.

- Promoted to Operations Manager within 6 months of joining HGI. Responsible for recruiting and managing 2 teams of 7 staff. - Managed the operational aspects of the implementation of the Charles River dealing system, including agreeing SLA's with back office teams. - Responsible for maintaining the relationship between Middle office teams and the dealing desk.

This was my first role out of University. GS was a great company to work for, even as a contractor. I was there as it made the transition from a partnership to a public company. They have managed to maintain their position as the premier Investment Bank.
