I am a PhD candidate in the Embedded Systems and Internet of Things group in TU Munich (https://www.esi.ei.tum.de/startseite/). My research is based on developing methods for Internet of Things system development using Web Technologies.

I have worked on my Master's Thesis in the Web of Systems team. I have develop a toolchain to use Thing Descriptions in the development process of a IoT Thing.

For 3 months, I have worked on developing examples about the new features of SoMachine Basic, an IDE for programming Programmable Logic Controllers. For the remaining time of 3 months I have done firmware programming and its verification with a team of 3 people. I have taken part in the software design cycles and learned what are the steps to develop a commercial software.

My task was to develop a voltage regulator that can be adjusted via i2c protocol. I have worked on every aspects of the task: - Getting the specifications - Simulating the circuit - Designing the printed circuit board - Soldering components / making the circuit board - Writing the i2c protocol - Testing the board

I have worked on developing an interface for a PS/2 mouse on a Xilinx Basys 3 FPGA board

I have participated in the quality control of plastic fastening products for cars. This was a mandatory internship for us to have a first hand experience in production.

Internet of Things, Distributed Systems, System Design for Internet of Things

For one semester, I have taken classes on embedded systems and verification. In the second semester I have worked on my Master's Thesis in Siemens on design processes for Internet of Things, which led to a PhD subject.

After taking 2 years of general engineering classes, I have pursued classes on all fields of Electrical Engineering. This included antenna design, power engineering, embedded devices, control and automation engineering.
