As a Technical Support Specialist, my responsibilities included provide phone troubleshooting regarding applications and hardware, identified issues, gave possible solutions, and implemented the solutions These were several projects which I successfully completed: Setup Google Suite Corporate, provide tools on managing the Mobile Device Management Setup 27 access points on 26 Centre. Significantly increase the coverage from 0% to 99% Setup and migrate the organization’s website to a new Web hosting

As a DOD Technician my responsibilities were to wipe and dispose client’s data from desktop, server storage, switch, router storage, phone and tablet, ensured clients confidentiality and protect their interest to prevent further exposure.
