My tasks were related to the Credit Management of the German/Austrian market, specifically I was in charge for those cases in which the lawyer had to be activated. Further I was involved in the Accounts Payables management, in the G&A budget preparation and the Monthly Closures for the local German and Austrian office.

My main activities were to: - provide independent objective assurance to Senior Management on the design and effectiveness of the internal control processes - analyze existing business problems and develop plan for improvement - verify Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

I participated in the Audit of Financial Statements per US-GAAP and IFRS. Main customers were Postel and Postelprint, Costa Crociere, AIDA Cruises, Fincantieri and Banca Passadore.
