- To inform the clients, to communicate with them and to find the best solution to their problems - Organizing the product delivery - Programming and supervising the product delivery - Checking product availability: connect with company’s internal teams (Production and Purchasing Department) to discuss the new orders and the products prepared for delivery.

- Creating a database of clients and promoting their services - Answering the phone and giving detailed information about the potential clients

- Helping the department to organize meetings, trips, intercultural programs for the foreign students - Studying French: improve French language skills by living abroad - Observing the international relations office: structure, functions, its relations with the foreign students, role in intercultural relations
