I was responsible for designing and executing user research projects so as to create user personas and define user requirements, which were then adapted to create user flows and interactive prototypes.

I was the lead consultant, in collaboration with FTWK Co & GmbH, in a project with EIT Raw Materials, which is the largest consortium ever established within the European raw materials sector. I worked with then interim COO of EIT Raw Materials to define and codify core business processes, define user requirements, evaluating fitting ICT solutions that would enable the organisations operations, and recommend an ICT architectural to fill organisational needs.
