As part of the Sales Support team for Evalueserve products, I managed the internal projects, creating the project plan then keeping track of all the steps, making sure the projects were delivered on time. I also prepared the weekly social media plan for our online channels, together with the marketing team. When needed, I ran sales campaigns following all the steps. (prospecting, emailing, following up, setting up the meeting). The main products that I focused on are InsightsFirst and ProcureMine.

Managed the demand and request process in our ERP system. Ensured that the department specific policies were followed. Transitioned the process from Poland and took part on developing the working knowledge of processes and tools, alongside best practices in Procurement. Training of the new colleagues. I coordinated the team on Cost Cutting period while cleaning a backlog of requests and POs. Key/Test User for the new IT services.

Handling basic navigation, registration, rental application completion and user profile management questions (resetting passwords and escalating errors that level 2 support handles). I was also part of the team responsible with card payments for utility bills, over the phone. Mentor for the new employees.

As part of the project management team, I had to make sure that all the aims of the project were met. I was also responsible for accounting, costing and billing. Another responsibility was to identify and contact the stakeholders, also facilitating the delivery of the project objectives.
