• Reviewed the monthly and annual targets for KTM Japan’s PG&A dealers, and implemented relevant campaigns, improving dealer performance by 18% across the country. • Collaborated with multiple agile cross-functional teams in the development of quarterly and year-end company performance presentations for KTM’s global executive board members. • Spearheaded merchandise sales activities for PG&A products at official KTM and Husqvarna racing events (MotoGP, JNCC), yielding profits over 2 Million Yen per event.
