- Managing day-to-day operation with direct reporting team of 24 fixed employees & over 10 daily wage laborers. - Negotiating & managing suppliers, subcontractors & contractual agreements, ensuring smooth business operations with minimum or no risk. - Working closely with owner/proprietor for Finance, Facility & HR related admin matters. - Managing day-to-day operations within budgets to optimize profits.

I am responsible for sources materials from various available supplier, maintaining price efficiency and quality.

I have worked with SHS division of FAMCO, part of Al Futtaim Group, responsible for order booking using SAP PS modules. Was responsible to set up sales support functionalities, manage customer enquiries, managing orders, delivery and invoicing. Manage monthly closing and reporting.

I started with this largest local Group of company Al Futtaim Group for their FAMCO division from August’07 onwards in the position of Inventory & Logistics Executive, resposible for purchasing and managing inventory for Volvo Trucks & Buses, Volvo Construction Equipmment, Ingersoll Rand Industrial products, Linde material handling products.

I have worked for a multi-national co. called Westcon ME, formerly known as Online Distribution Ltd. in two capacities. I started as a Sales Order Processor (Customer Service) and was promoted as a Logistics Coordinator. As a logistic coordinator i was responsible for purchase and inventory management for UK and US region, dealing with Symbol & Zebra products. i was also responsible for RMA for this products and also maintaining and managing the buffer stocks for the AMC

I was handling all the major clients of thid company for their Cabling, surveillance and security requirements. I was responsible for Purchasing, Quotations, order and project management, coordination with the suppliers for delivery of the project BOQ on the site in time, coordinate and supervise the Sub-contractors for completing the project in the committed time and handover the completed site to the client with completion certificate and test report.
