For more than 10 years, I have been providing services in the field of corporate systems, network solutions, cyber security, and data center infrastructure solutions with ITIL-based service management and solutions created according to international project standards, and according to the needs of corporate customers operating in different sectors. By managing a technical team specialized in on-site and/or remote service for the whole of Türkiye with the 24/7 Call Center, I ensure that daily calls from customers are resolved in the fastest, most accurate, and effective manner within the relevant SLA period. Since December 2022, I have been continuing as a “Service Delivery Manager” at TELCOSET. I am responsible for 24/7 support management in different areas within the scope of projects, requests, incidents, problems, change, version and configuration management, and reporting within the scope of system components (server, data storage, operating systems).
