Distribution leadership for Cincom’s CRM, ERP & DM solutions (on-premises & cloud) in EMEA. Support and grow Cincom channel of resellers, distributors, VARs, System Integrators, and service providers across EMEA. Monitor Sales & Technical performance, recommend improvement/corrective actions. Mentor partner’s sales opportunities (CeBit, IBM, Comdex, local conferences) and other initiatives. Manage partner conferences, seminars, webinars and other events. Liaison of channels and internal services .

Build and deliver pre-sales demos, presentations, seminars for partners & prospects in EMEA and South America - CRM and ECM solutions. Customer on-site installation of CINCOM products and integration to customer’s environment (SAP, Siebel, web applications, back-office systems and processes, databases, telecommunications systems, email server, network) Analysis, design and deployment of Contact Center & CRM. Monitor incidents and problems reported to our team and ensure SLA compliance.
