Besides the duties as a Product Analyst, as a Senior Product Analyst I was responsible for: - Reviewing Product Analysts’ deliverables - Be a reference point in terms of cross-product design consistency - Manage product development for cross-team projects - Define and develop Product Roadmap in its Strategic and Operative stages

Worked along with PMO to develop project schedules and resource allocation models for Product related projects and other activities such as software deployment, customer integration, and professional services validation.
- Design new features and create requirements documentation - Audit implementation of designed features - Present features to the rest of the company in bi-weekly Meetings - Review news, help articles or documentation produced for external use to verify its accuracy regarding the product functionality - Assist QA in making business decisions about bugs - Make functional decisions about potential bugs - Reply to questions from internal clients regarding product capabilities and roadmap
Ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as manuals & procedures Planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving & outgoing quality functions Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions
