- Temporary assignment in the Financial Institutions team - Analysed counterparties, prepared credit memos, interacted with traders and relationship managers on recommendations for credit approval. - Started with a portfolio coverage of LatAm corps & banks, after 8 months assigned to a portfolio of French and Italian Mid/Large-Caps, including cases subject to Board member approval, M&A, restructuring - Credit Rating reports for new and existing clients: process involved industry analysis, financial statement analysis and reclassification for peer comparison, financial modelling and 5years cash-flow forecasts - Presentation of proposed Rating to a committee of senior credit executives

- Sole analyst reporting to Head of Corporate Planning, also responsible for Corporate Development and Marketing & Sales analysis. Also direct interaction with CEO - Solely responsible for various strategic projects: implementation of a new customer segmentation model, running the financial model for the investment plan for a new production plant, scouting potential merger targets, perform fixed and freights costs analysis - Periodic revenue and profitability analysis across divisions and products

- Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Internal Audit projects with insurance clients. I supported senior consultants in interviewing top managers, collecting and analyzing data, presenting recommendations to clients. Over 75% of time was spent at client’s premises - Main projects: post-M&A integration of a French insurer with focus on mapping and comparison of internal processes; improve efficiency/efficacy of claims handling process of an Italian insurer
