- Head of the Business Management area in Brazil, responsible by the design and follow up of strategic plans and business cases, project management execution, competitors and market analysis focusing mergers and acquisitions, IT budget management and cost reduction actions; Reporting all activities to the local COO (Chief Operating Officer) and to the Business Management & Change Global Head in Spain;

- Coordination of the wholesale banking communication in partnership with the marketing department (local and global) structuring all communication with internal and external clients, marketing and publicity. - Competitors and market analysis focusing mergers and acquisitions. Part of the team that analyzed in GCB the acquisition of HSBC in Brazil; - Preparation of Business Cases and Strategic Plans for Santander Broker House in Brazil.

- Responsible for the implementation of global organizational projects to close the gap between local and global business models; - Creation of new areas, focusing on strategy definitions, headcount sizing, organizational structure, roles and responsibilities definitions; - Execution of headcount control, seniority of positions and projects to reduce area sizing and increase efficiency; - Business Manager of the director board, being involved in several key and confidential projects.

- Responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams during PMO execution, controlling and reporting multiple project lines involving distinct stakeholders, companies and service providers; - Analysis development for service providers’ review, seeking and achieving cost reductions in telecommunications and human resources segments trough contract renegotiations; - Design of commercial proposals and local market analysis to foreign financial institutions.

- Coordination of several projects including, Basel II PMO, Management Consulting to restructure an Insurance Company and implementation of CR-IMS (Charles River Investment Management Solution) compliance module for one of the largest banks in Brazil; - Execution of national and international projects in the main financial institutions, development of the Management Consulting line of business in Spain and knowledge transfer plan for the Brazilian office.
