Responsible for: 1) Selection of Mechanic/Electronic Component Suppliers. 2) Price negotiations & Definition of the Sourcing Contracts (Including Logistics, Liability, LongTerm Delivery commitment, Milestones Plan, Technical Specification, Quality Targets, Reservation of Rights, Exclusivity, IP)

Responsible for: 1) Coordination and supervision of the main Subcontractors for BOSCH IC and MEMS 2) Selection and qualification of new assembly subcontractors 3) Co-ordination of the manufacturing lines including costs, manufacturing cycle time, on-time delivery, capacity planning, in process control, outgoing quality 4) Set up of EDI for management of deliveries, management of material logistic including die store and material store

Responsible for qualification of new Wafer Fab Processes and New Products for Non Volatile Memories (Flash, OTP)
