Finanzierungsberatung: Syndizierte Kredite, USPP, Schuldschein, Unternehmensanleihen, Wandelkapital. Analyse Dokumentation. Cashflow, Liquidität, Verschuldenskapazität, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen & für die geeignetste Lösung zu werben.

Prepare credit analysis including creation of forecasts & review of financial model prepared by client. Approving deals within Delegated Authority including presentation to Credit Committee. Job includes regular contact with clients. Products: full array of credit products (bilateral/syndicated). Development of credit structures & risk mitigation concepts.

Responsible for the Credit Risk Management of a portfolio of German Machinery Corporate clients; Prepare credit analysis including creation of forecasts and review of financials prepared by client; Approving deals within Delegated Authority or recommending for approval at higher authority; Job includes client visits (CEO, CFO and Treasury level); Products: full array of credit products (bilateral / syndicated); Development of credit structures and risk mitigation concepts.

Financial Analysis (Annual Reports & quarter report analysis), Credit Rating with future P&L and Cash Flow projection, Micro- and Macroeconomic analysis of Branches/Sectors with respect to client and internal & legal regulatory frameworks. Consideration of Risk/Mitigates with final credit decision. Corporate Credit Risk Sectors: Machinery, Media, Culture & Services, Large Corporates and International Corporates
