In close cooperation with the company management and the head office in Milan, we daily worked on our collective success. It was important for me to ensure the employees feel comfortable and deliver top performance at the same time, maintaining a strong team spirit and individual sense of responsibility.
After my career at P&C and my bachelor's degree, I wanted to take the next step and run a mono store as a manager and had the privilege to open the first Gant mono store in Austria from scratch. This entire construction process up to the opening has been very instructive for me. The most important thing after the opening was to acquire and retain new customers. We have registered new customers in our system and have successfully binded them with special campaigns and activations.

During this time I went through five departments as well as several internships in administrative positions at the company's HQ.
In 2011 I co-opened the first store in Austria, Graz for Hollister, Abercrombie and Fitch. As an VM manager, I was responsible for the entire product structure and visual merchandising. In addition, as the only German-speaking manager, I had to communicate with my superiors and with the headquarters. I was also authorized to train employees. That was a perfect first step into the fashion world and very instructive for me.
