Transactions with Power on OPCOM Exchange: DAM, Forward, OTC. Prepared and made Gas auctions on Romanian Commodities Exchange (BRM. Designed and developed a Power trading system based on forecasts for short and medium time. Designed and implemented the workflow of entire Gas Department. Prepared the documents for company’s spin-off (5 companies), capital share increasing (1 company) etc. Designed and developed a financial site – www.finex.ro – wich included financial news, stocks history, financial analysis, technical analysis of some Romanian tickers thought to be appealed for investment.

Managed company's stock portfolio with over 100% profit rate per year. Made market analysis for RASDAQ transactions in media (TV, radio, newspapers).
