Turned an ill reputed, unprofitable “nursing home”, into a full scale profitable private hospital with 169 beds. Negotiated and agreed long term loan (bond) in order to provide capital for a full premises renovation and expansion. Designed, Implemented and put in full operating state the Operating Rooms Dept. (5 OR’s- 9 surgery clinics), CT and MRI Dept., the Intensive Care Unit Dept. and the Outpatients Dept..

Executive Member of the Filia – Tex S.A. and Filiacom S.A. Board of Directors. Managed the group’s Finance, Accounting, H/R, MIS and Legal Departments. Was involved in determining the overall group strategy with respect to P&L Mngt , Capital Raising, Investments. Leader in the design and execution of business policies having to do with Cash – Flow Mngt, Inventory Control, Receivables & Payables Mngt, Sales Forecasting, Product Pricing, Distribution Channels Optimization and Production Scheduling.

Responsible for the Information Flow inside and outside the group. Evaluated Investment Proposals targeting to Mergers or Acquisitions. Responsible for the Budgeting and Cost Control Functions. Designed, Implemented and evaluated a complete Business Simulator for each of the group’s companies. Created and presented to potential investors the Filia – Tex S.A. business plan.

Reorganized the MIS Dept so as to run smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively. Managed the utilization of internal resources (IT), coordinated transformation of business concepts in terms of IS, managed all IT functions including real-time network of 50+ on- and off-site users. Managed the relationship with external contractors and vendors (Informatics and Technology).Led the e-commerce company’s project.
