In-charge the staff hiring and dismissal , including the manager, head chef from oversea, service staff, bar staff, cashier, security, cleaner and storekeeper. Held the training of the risk management, service cycle and skipping bill management for the manager and supervisors. 

Follow up the PR with all the existing client. Develop the new client database from hotel and restaurant operator. Attend the training for the equipment knowledge from the oversea supplier, e.g. Rational, MKN, Winterhaulter, Williams etc. On site communication with PM and the main contractor to make sure the work on schedule.
