• Reporting directly to the Corporate HR Director (CHRO). • HR General Manager of “Centros de Oportunidades”, the business unit consist of bargain/discount stores within the company: 35 outlets (about 500 people). • Industrial Relations with the trade union (partners). • Development and implementations of the disciplinary code. Dismissals, layoffs, suspensions without pay, sanctions, unfair dismissals and severance pay packages negotiation for voluntary leaves.

• Recruitment applicant profiles. • Searching for required profiles. • Preliminary interviewing. • Hiring interviews. Salary negotiation in professional profiles. • Recruiting the new sales teams for the new department store openings. • Production of reports (researching,...). • Milk round. Relationship with public and private jobs agencies

• Customer service. • Replacing of articles and doing orders. • Detect and satisfy its needs by using tools and services that the company offers in an agile and coordinated way with the goal of solving in a efficient manner and with the lowest costs any incident that could be detected by the final client related to our products and services. • Manage the reception and delivery of the products requested that were not available at the time always following the company guidelines. • Reporting & Analysis.
