We bring together and activate the entire organization through better collaboration and visibility into the customer journey. As product marketing manager I’m responsible for DataHub, a Single Customer View solution, including Data Quality and Compliance components.

As Product Manager / Product Owner I am responsible for our master data management solution as well as the existing and new international Data Quality solutions of Human Inference. In this role I'm working together with scrum teams in The Netherlands, India and Czech Republic.

In my role as Account Manager or Customer Manager I'm maintaining the contacts and contracts with our existing customers in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and United Kingdom. Focus areas are: - the way the software is being used by our customers - new requirements - new functionality that might be of interest - status of helpdesk calls and required additional help - contracts Basically everything that leads to optimal customer satisfaction and long lasting relationships is part of the role.

Responsible for product management of new product suite, HIquality Suite 6. Defined functionality for whole product suite with focus on new GUI (HIquality Studio and HIquality Composer). With this new designed GUI we provided a graphical workbench to model, test and maintain data quality functionality based on the core products of Human Inference. Successfully implemented this new product suite at several customers.

Responsible for a new department, Support & Delivery, in which I integrated existing professions from Human Inference. This department was responsible for customer support, manuals, quality assurance, internal training and delivery of software to customers. New procedures have been implemented, existing procedures have been updated, professionalized way of working, introduced reporting to other departments, introduced new tooling to support colleagues in their daily work.

Senior consultant for Human Inference, a company that develops, sells and implements Data Quality solutions. In this role I implemented our products at customer sites to improve the quality of their data and processes in which this data is being used. Typical projects: • DQ projects to improve existing databases with customer data and processes • Migration projects • Customer Due Diligence Projects • Customer Data Integration / Master Data Management projects to provide a Singe Customer View

Responsible for German office of OVSoftware, in which 15 engineers were working in Dutch and German projects. Responsible for all running projects and support of sales department.

Worked as consultant and project manager in several projects for customers: • consulting for German government organisation, made plan of approach for migration of Ingress database to Oracle for existing legacy systems • project manager for German bank in project to rebuild an existing CRM / Single Customer View application with new technologies • consultant for international holiday and travel organisation to design and build a calculation application

Worked in a project at a German Bank where we implemented a worldwide CRM / Single Customer View solution. Activities where * development of tooling to load central database (Oracle PL/SQL) * DBA activities for design of datamodel and design of indexes * design of reports for end users with Oracle Reports * development of client application with Uniface 4GL programming language
