TEAM EUROPE is the European Commission's panel of independent conference speakers. The members are lawyers, consultants, academics, etc. covering all fields of activity of the Union's policies and working languages. They are chosen by the Commission's Representations in the Member States.

Unsere besondere Kompetenz liegt darin, die jeweilige Materie analytisch zu durchdringen, um sie dann verständlich, spannend und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten. Dabei beleuchten wir Zusammenhänge von unterschiedlichen Seiten und ermöglichen den Perspektivwechsel.

Our association runs four kinds of activities: (1) OpenFora, a series of debates at different locations in Europe, (2) MyEurope, a Europe-wide short film festival, (3) Art Interventions, workshops for artists, and (4) Training for Europe, a series of training events. My role is the coordination of these activities and the development of Citizens of Europe towards a sustainable NGO.

During my time at the Centre for Applied Policy Research, I first developed and implemented a system for controlling the institute's project finances and doing the financial reports to the donors. For the European Students' Network AEGEE I realised several conferences, e.g. one about the Kosovo crises and the scholarship programme "Education for Democracy", enabling students from Southeast Europe to study in Germany or the Netherlands for one year.

Elected immediately after the Working Groups establishment, I lay the grounds for the IPWGs activities, developed concepts and formats in cooperation with local AEGEE groups and realised a first set of events.

In order to finance my studies, I worked in different functions, checked documents and took care of contacts with customers.

As my master thesis project at Göteborg Universitet, I analysed the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept at Volvo Personvagnar's Aftersales company. I worked closely with the management controller of Aftersales and with the staff of the CFO of Volvo Car Corporation.
