Pre-sales support, solution design and manage the implementation of the agreed solutions in multiple countries. Responsible for the implementation of best practices across all customer implementation and design teams in Europe. Managing cross-functional teams across the group and act as an interface between the international sales team and the local countries. Act as the single point of contact for our top seven customers during the design and project implementation phase.

Responsible for the Support and Professional Services team in The Netherlands supporting and implementing voice recording and communication compliance solutions for Trading Floors, Financial Markets and Public Safety. Managing complex and specialized customer and business partner projects including partner management and support. Set development priorities in close collaboration with customers, support, partners and R&D but were required make the final decision.
