•Oversee daily operations on all production lines and processes throughout the plant (4 line managers , 50 employees) . •Manage productivity quality, cost, inventory and employee performance. •Co-ordinate all maintenance and facilities activities throughout the plant. •Direct purchasing of all materials and hardware, and negotiate vendor supply as well as release dates. •Ensure complete customer satisfaction through direct supervision of quality complaints and claims.

•Managed engineering and maintenance activities in two plants, leading 25 unionized employees. •Planned, scheduled, budgeted and managed facilities projects such as: roofing, flooring, electrical power distribution, plumbing, paving, landscaping, HVAC, upgrade of lighting and alarm, and office re-modelling. •Evaluated, planned, directed and controlled the corrective and preventative maintenance activities of the machinery and buildings.

•Managed maintenance and engineering activities of 10 employees. •Monitored, directed and supported line installation and start up projects in new departments. •Designed and implemented maintenance procedures and performed process integration. •Promoted a safe work environment by implementing EHS, Labour & WHMIS regulation. •Devised & implemented a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
