• Managing advanced quality planning processes and PPAP approvals • Facing the customer for escalation reviews and meetings • Ensure that quality objectives are achieved and continuous improvement is made in all Operational Quality • Support the plants on critical issues which are escalated. • Customer service and complaint management • Organization and management of customer audits and certification audits • Budget responsibility and personnel responsibility for 7 direct reports
