I was the head of the Treasury Department of a Catholic organization holding two universities, two schools, and other several organizations and legal entities in Italy. Holding that position I was in charge of the relationship with banks and financial institutions; reporting, cash flows; negotiation with institutions and management of around 160 bank accounts in 5 countries.

My position reported directly to the rector and the board. I had 10 direct subordinates. I was the responsible for the Administration and Finance areas of the for-profit university: budgeting, reporting and controlling. I was also responsible of the HR Department and all its processes. Being also of the Credit Department: monitoring and controlling account receivables.

My position reported directly to the Chief Operations Officer of the organization that held 20 different legal entities: universities, schools, associations, publishing houses. My main tasks were: * Consolidation, monitoring and control of operational budgets of the different legal entities in Italy. * Creation and control of administrative procedures for the different business areas in Italy * Elaboration and analysis of financial reports such as budgets, cash flows, comparable spreadsheets.

I was the head of the administration department of the school that had around 1.000 students. 6 persons reported directly to me. I was in charge of supervising the Accounting, General Services, Credit, Reporting departments. The rest of my responsibilities where the same as listed as Head of the Administration Department for the Università Europea di Roma.
