Goal was to transform NI’s product creation from classic waterfall, shared resource and approval driven development into an agile and user centred enterprise. I joined forces with the software department, reporting to the VP of Software Development. Working in a team of directors building cross functional software and hardware teams in Berlin, London and LA. I was responsible for transforming the centralised design department into a chapter based and team distributed design organisation.
