Operations Manager, 1999 to 2006 Promoted to provide general oversight in all aspects of operations with emphasis on efficient coordination of staff resources. Directed billing, shipping, transportation, quality assurance, and other key procedures for 151 company stores. Created employee schedules according to changing business needs. Organized and presented informative training sessions on job procedures and company policy. Performed critical accounting processes including budgeting, sales analysis.

Trained and supervised enlisted personnel in the maintenance and operating activities of the Division operations center. Planned and organized the support of transportation and logistics for all central forces in area three of South Korea, including rations, housing, training, and ammunition. Served as Resource Manager for 20 training areas which provided services for over 500 soldiers per month.

Management
