• Architecture, capacity and signaling planning for the Voice Platforms including IN (Intelligent Network) provided by Telcordia and IVR provided by ATS • Working on the network integration of the companies OI and BrasilTelecom (resulting on the major national telecom company) planning and design the Voice Platforms (IN and IVR). • Collaborated with other teams with a proactive attitude • Negotiated with Network vendors • Budget and project management in order to achieve the results in a tight schedule
