Scope: Sony Electronics ($21bn), Sony Pictures Entertainment (movies, tv - $10bn), Sony Interactive Entertainment(Playstation, $23bn) and Sony Music($8bn). Each entity has its own Business Unit CISO. Mission: - Advising the Chief Information Security Officer of Sony Corp. on all matters related to planning and strategy. - Balancing the needs of the HQ functions and the major business units. - Achieving consensus with the CISOs of the business units on a common way forward.

Scope: Direct sales in Europe of Sony Electronics products Mission: Various roles and missions. = Built the first European presence of Sony in direct sales - first direct call centre, first generation of European e-commerce site, first direct marketing presence, first direct supply chain etc. - Marketing manager (2 years) - Operations and Sales manager (2 years)
