• Collaborate with OCM Director and team members on change strategy for enterprise-wide projects. • Partner with global process owners, business trainers, and technical leads to develop curricula, process training, and systems training for colleagues across multiple functional areas. • Coach OCM consultants on Energizer’s change framework and culture. • Consult on change impacts and coach PMO partners on OCM effort needed for low change small projects.

Contracted to Energizer - converted to full-time employee. • Served as training lead for multiple SAP ECC system implementations and acquisition integrations, supporting ATR, FICO, PTP, and OTC modules across different projects, including Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, S. Africa, and S. Korea. • Managed change strategy inclusive of communications and training for small IT projects including replenishment and continuous improvement projects for InfoSec, infrastructure, and application teams.

Assisted attorneys with composition of and preparation of pleadings and correspondence; preparation for trial, mediation, and arbitration, including development and use of PowerPoint presentations; assisted attorneys at trial, including computer display of exhibits, photographs, videos, and PowerPoint presentations, extensive note-taking during direct and cross-examination of witnesses, and tracking of exhibits. Met with clients to obtain case information and drafted responses to requests for information.

Managed past due accounts, including oral and written contact with account holders. Achieved success with the majority of account holders in receiving payment and/or establishing automatic installment payments. Supervised changeover to updated billing software, including data input and training of attorneys and support staff. Instructed new employees in software use; developed and maintained billing procedures. Entered payments and charges for time and expense; produced client invoices.
